Finally, we are booked for early November! So excited!!! We got four roundtrip tickets using our TrueBlue points and spent only $20 for taxes. :)

Our flights were approximately $992 for four tickets from JFK to MCO.

We also booked today for our early Nov. Food and Wine trip! So excited to be staying at the Boardwalk this time!

Thank you for posting this. We've been waiting to book flights and use our Travel Bank credits.

You're welcome. I was checking every morning for the last month. First time I used points for four tickets... I was anxious. All set!

Thanks for the heads up on the reservations for November 2014.

I booked tonight with insurance it was $280.00 a person which is good considering Delta and American Airlines wanted another $100.00 per person without insurance.

Another good thing they leave Orlando later in the evening. We like to make a full day.

Plus I told my neighbor and she came in and booked her flight to Ft Lauderdale for over the Thanksgiving period which usually expensive for her cruise.:cool1:

Also, JB will give you a credit if the price drops. You just have to call them.

WOW
Thanks for the headsup..I the other night and it went till the end of Oct..now I can plan my trip for Nov 28th!

Seems the package price (hotel/flight) is decent..finding about 20% off rack rate..actual beats what I was priced for AAA.
POP Preferred, standard comes out to $827 for 7 nights

Where do you find the insurance add on pricing?

Thanks!!!

I have a question, is it better to book our flights now or wait until closer to our date? We are going 11/29 to 12/7, I haven't booked Disney yet because I am waiting for a discount....

It depends. Generally the price continues to go up until possibly a few months before departure. However, with JB, if you book through them and the price goes down, you can get a credit for the difference. The credit must be used within a year of the original booking.

heres how fast it can go up…..
i went in sunday at noon when the bookings first came out and needed to do 5 return flights. we had already booked flights for the way down as they had come out several months ago so we only needed the return portion of the flight.

when i started the process i picked the flights and they were $108 p.p. which was awesome. by the time i had keyed in everyones name and picked seats it gave me an error message that i needed to start over. at that point the flights had gone up to $138 p.p. that was all in a matter of 5 minutes. i was really annoyed but what can you do.

book your flights asap, i have seldom seen them go down from opening day rates and if they do then you can call jet blue and they will give you a credit.

Personally I don't book flights until I know I am going. Even if the price goes up its better than wasting the fare or paying a change fee on each ticket!

But, it sounds like the PP is set on going, they are just waiting for a good deal from Disney.

I agree. I booked 4 of us on Sunday for $269 rt and the 5th went up to $308. Monday morning the same flight was $458.

Hi everyone....I was another Jet Blue November rates stalker - and also booked our flights on Sunday.

Our total, for two RT's from SYR to MCO (via JFK down, w/direct flight home to Syracuse) from Sunday is $644.
When I checked this morning, they had gone up to $798!!

I say if you plan to fly JB, decide on your dates and book it, Danno! :thumbsup2

Thanks Everyone! I figured I should book sooner than later.

We are def. doing Disney in December, the only reason I haven't booked the trip is I am waiting for a discount to come out.

just an FYI if your plannign to book a jetblue getaway first go through topcashback as you will get 3% cashback on your entire trip.
Booked mines last night for 7 nights in POP and was able to get 57.00 cash back
the hotel was about 20% off rack so seemed like a win win...

and like posted above the prices seemed to have jumped about 80.00 for the flight in just a few days!!

I booked also on Sunday at $112 per person each way and it is now $149 per person each way. I really do not expect to get a better rate since we are going late December.

We are flying into MCO on Dec 23 and we paid $234 for oneway tickets last year to fly on Dec 21st. We got our one way tickets on Sunday for $164 and they are now $205, so, that's a savings of $164 for us!

We are very happy! :thumbsup2
