Jetblue - Credit Question??

I have a question for all you JetBlue pro's out there..... If I book flights on Jetblue and use my credits from last year, if the flight prices go down can I still call and get a credit? So, basically wondering if I can get a credit on tickets purchased with credits?? Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes no problem and the credit you will get will be a new credit good for 1 year from the day it is issued. I've done this plenty of times. However, keep in mind that recently JB updated their system and their true blue system. Not really sure how the credit system will work with the new system as that pages doesn't come up in the same format as in the past. I'm still waiting for someone to post that they got a credit recently.

New JetBlue credit system.

Credits can be used for plane flights, upgrade to extra leg room and also can be used for extra checked bags.

Call Jet Blue to get your credir 1-800-538-2583

Must buy your tickets within 1 year of credit date.
So - if you acquire a credit on 1/15/10, you must use the credits by 1/14/11.
You do not have to fly before 1/15/11 - just use the credits.

JetBlue plane tickets are sold about 6 months before the actual flight.
Using the example above, get your credit on 1/15/10, use credit by 1/14/11, then fly by June 14, 2011.

You need to get a Travel Bank Acoount number assigned to you by JetBlue.
You pick your Logon ID and password.

No problem getting multiple credits with jetBlue, or getting a credit for a flight you have paid for, in part, with past credits. I love jetBlue

Just wish their change fee was less expensive, as it always makes me nervous about booking flights too far ahead . . .

Me too.... think that is what is holding me back from hitting the submit key when on the jetblue site
