JetBlue just started service from Raleigh, NC. I know there are some other DIS board folks 'round these parts. Visit http://jetblue.com/speakup/index.html and ask them when they are going to serve MCO.

Delta has already dropped their fares to MCO from RDU in anticipation of JetBlue serving this route (and the fact that Southwest is eating their lunch). American added a couple non-stops (used to have to change in Miami) as well.

It's great about JetBlue. We just booked our upcoming trip to Disney with Southwest for $49.00 per person each way. It's the first time we've been able to afford a flight; hopefully this will create some competition and the rates will go down and stay down.

i'm so happy to hear this. my old college roommate has been living in raleigh for the past 6 years now and we try to go to wdw every year since we never see each other. i was able to convince her to come down in aug for a few days b/c she got the $49 sw fare. now w/jet blue i have a better chance of getting her to go every year!

Unless they've changed it (I ahven't checked in a week or so), you can't book a RDU-MCO ticket on their website. You would have to buy 2 separate tickets to get to MCO. I think it's because right now the only direct flights from RDU are to New York.

If anyone is successful in booking a RDU-MCO ticket, pelase post here!
