We used them in January and they did have 2 lines. One full service and one bag drop off. There actually was no real line....just a couple of people in front of us and many counter agents--while the full service line had only ONE agent, so those folks took longer. We will be using them again next week. Is this your first time taking Jetblue out of DCA since they moved? Did you get an email yesterday about the possible delays at DCA because of the furloughs?
