Hi

I just booked a trip to the world for mid-August and got a really good deal on Jet Blue Airlines from Logan (Boston) to MCO. Has anyone ever used them - and if so, what did you think? Any info would be helpful.

Thanks!:)

I flew JetBlue to MCO in March & am planning to use them again this month - loved them! I thought it was easy to book, they let me change my return flight with no problems (actually gave me a credit for the price change which was surprising) and their service is just so nice. All of the crew were warm & friendly and went out of their way for passengers. The TV's make the time go a bit faster and are great for keeping the kids occupied. You had a choice of snacks which they hand out from baskets - so if you have to use the restrooms there are no carts blocking the aisles. And we were able to deplane from both the back and front of the plane, which made getting out a bit faster. They did the same thing going home too, but I don't know if they do it all the time or just at certain gates or times. Delta Song has very good service also, but I think JetBlue is just a bit better and I would highly recommend them.

I flew jet blue once out of Logan. At Logan it is temporarily located at terminal E. When we went there was no line at security and the security staff were super friendly. One agent was joking with my daughter about going to disney with us etc. While this wasn't Jet Blue specifically it sure made the trip start out pleasantly. Coming back to Logan we all got off in the front so I think it may be gate specific. We enjoyed the flight and it was a lot lower priced than song was for the direct flight. We will be flying Jet Blue again come January.

I know there are those who loathe Terminal E, but we had much the same experience flying JetBlue in February. I had visions of lines around the terminal since we were flying school vacation week. Since we were in the International terminal, and not during a busy time for international flights, we breezed through.

The security screeners were great with us too. I was concerned since it was DS (age 7) and myself only. I sent DS through first, and the TSA agent told him to come and stand right by her until Mom got through. It was just really nice.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE JetBlue.

Thank you all for the info - you have eased my mind quite a bit. I flew out of Terminal E at Logan in April (not on Jet Blue though) - so no issue with that.

Thanks again!!:teeth:

I absolutely love Jet Blue! We flew out of Logan 4/04-Terminal E-no problem. Crew was so friendly and funny. Great choice of snacks and they give you the whole can of soda! My DD13 wanted seconds on her apple juice and she got it with no problem. The direct TV is wonderful, kept DD occupied. We arrived at MCO 30 min early but we were not able to get off the plane because the gate wasn't available. Anyway, we got off the plane at the regularly scheduled arrival time. They gave everyone on the plane a $25 voucher good toward their next flight for the "inconvenience" (huh? we got there on schedule) Needless to say we are using them again 7/5. Can't wait.

Oh and did I mention the leather seats, very comfortable and they actually recline!!!

I highly recommend Jet Blue!

Flew JetBlue for the first time this past Feb. LOVED THEM!!! If they flew out of MHT I would definately book them over my beloved SWA. I really hate traveling into Logan from NH, but Jetblue almost makes it worth the trip!!

We have flown Jet Blue several times out of JFK. It is even worth the drive from central NJ. VERY comfortable seats, the little TVs, the friendly employees....... and those odd blue potato chips add to the experience.

They are obsessed with being ontime, esp. with taking off on time. They want to maintain their status of being the most on time airline, (at least out of JFK).

Many of us in NJ just WISH they would come to Newark.

We tried Jet Blue last July and LOVED THEM! It was the first time we flew out of NY to Orlando and our plane actually left on time!

Service was great, staff was extremely firnedly, and the tv really helped pass the time!

We will definetely fly them again!

We flew Jet Blue out of Logan in May and I agree with everyone else they are great!

This will be my families first trip to WDW, and first time on Jet Blue. Should we bring our own headsets for the tv's? Anything else we should bring? We are flying out of Rochester, NY. Thanks for any help!

Jetblue provides you with headsets and you may keep them if you like. You will love JB, our whole family thinks they are great. They offer you snacks, coffee, soft drinks etc. Some people bring food on these flights, I don't think flights to FL qualify as long trips, but if you feel your family will need more than a snack, pack a goody bag to bring along. Have fun!!

We are flying JetBlue in just 12 days for the first time! We will fly out of Logan and now I am convinced that we made the right decision to fly with them. I can't wait:bounce: :bounce:

For anyone travelling on JetBlue with kids, I got this response from my DD, age 8. We ended up flying Delta's Flysong out of Logan for our trip to Orlando and JetBlue coming home to Boston. DD(8) liked the snack offerings on Flysong. They had a kids snack pack which included gummy bears, goldfish, applesauce for $5. She didn't like the head phones that they supplied (they were the ones that are supposed to fit inside your ears, not very comfortable). She did like their flight tracking channel and they also offered a variety of music including Disney songs.

For JetBlue, she thought their over the ear style of headphones was much more comfortable. Didn't enjoy the flight tracking channel that they offered and they didn't have music, but they do have Nickelodeon (big plus in her book). JetBlue does have a selection of free snacks to choose from (small package of pretzels, etc.), but nothing for sale.
