Does anyone know how frequently they change their flights? I started checking for my August trip about a month ago, and they've already changed twice. Now I'm nervous to actually book. It's messing up my trip plans!

We always fly JetBlue to WDW each August from Boston. The only change they have ever made with our flights was to move the time up a half an hour (BOS-ORL leg) from 8:00 am to 7:30. Other than that there hasn't been any changes at all. We were happy for an earlier time since I like to get there as early as possible but the 6:00 am flight is just too early for my family.

The change did happen in increments. So we got a notification that the flight was changed from 8:00 to 7:45, then a month later we got another notification that it was changed from 7:45 to 7:30. So prepare yourself for potentially more than one change for the same flight.

Thanks. Maybe I'll check Boston too. We're out of Hartford, but our options right now aren't great.

We were booked on JetBlue for our return flight to BDL in Aug. and just had them issue us a refund because of the changes they made. They had terrible flight times to MCO so we were waiting for SW on that (booked them both ways yesterday). Our flight on JetBlue changed by 6 hours!!! We were booked on the 7:50 p.m. flight and they changed the time to 1 in the afternoon. Now their return flights are terrible also. Even the agent I talked to on the phone was amazed by the huge change. Don't think they will change the times back to what we were looking for so SW will be it for this trip.

Yes, the last non-stop leaves at 6:50 PM. I had to stay an extra night at BC so that our return was on a Monday and $75 less pp. They have 2-3 non-stops each way

Something similar happened to me. JetBlue refunded our money for the leg and we were able to purchase tickets on a different airline. It's worth looking around and asking.

Out of Hartford last August the flight down changed once and the return twice and both were with in 3-6 months of going.

Good to know, thanks. I can't make up my mind about what to do. I love JetBlue, but I don't want to lose a day from my trip either...guess I should decide soon before I end up driving [shudder ;)]

Not sure when you are going in Aug. but we booked our Aug. airfare on SW the other day. We have people coming and going at different times and some of the flights from BDL have already sold out of the least expensive seats. We have people flying to MCO on Aug. 16, 17, and 20. The return flights are still wide open since we have some traveling back on the 21st and then the rest on the 23rd. I haven't seen the flights sell so fast but with the terrible times on JetBlue this may be the reason.

Those are pretty much our exact dates...I've been avoiding this, but I guess I gotta get on it!:hourglass
