Jet Blue Rocks!!!

So, in November, my mom and I hop on a 6am flight and head to NYC...She asks for coffee and receives it.
In January, BF and I take the same flight and he asks for coffee...and is told that b/c this is a limited service flight ...at 6am he will not get coffee b/c they don't serve it

UM EXCUSE ME THIS IS A 6 AM FLIGHT!!!

So, preparing for our Disney trip...I jot a quick note to Jet Blue asking which is right...do we get coffee or not.

Today I get a phone call from Jet Blue stating that we may or may not get coffee and it is always smart to bring our own and it will be allowed on the flight...

Today I get home after having this conversation with a Jet Blue rep and it is from the Management Staff stating that on limited service flights between the hours of 0530-10 coffee is served!!!

Um... I didnt mean for it to get that far but it is nice to see that they take these things seriously. Actually, everytime I have had an encounter with Jet Blue they have always responded in an appropriate time frame and have done right by the consumer.

YEAH for Jet Blue...

Now we will see if we get our coffee on this flight...

Should I bring the email from the Management staff and if they say no we don't have coffee...hold it up and say "but your corporate management staff says you do..."

Thats great!! We have an 8am flight out in 3 weeks and now I know I will get my coffee!!!

I was pretty impressed really.
And when I emailed the manager guy to confirm he said it should be all taken care of...from his blackberry...now thats service!!!

Quite frankly, if you like coffee, why would you depend on airline coffee, which usually is horrible. Get a decent cup on the way to the airport and you'll be all set.

Jet Blue serves Dunkin' Donuts Coffee...I think its pretty decent...

BF however, would rather a Red Eye w/ 3 shots...but he's a die hard...

Dunkin' Donuts does just fine in a pinch...besides WE are paying for the tickets...to not get coffee at 0600...is well...a crime!!!

The think I like about them is their service...which at 0600 has a tendency to lack...

nope actually jet blue doesnt hear from me often...I'm not that kind of person...I actually emailed them see if I had to get coffee for BF before we got on the flight or not...The other time I emailed them was to compliment service....they were on time and I liked the TVs...staff was decent too...

The coffee thing was just a fluke...
