Jet Blue on line check in question

Hi, we are checking bags next month flying to MCO with Jetblue-when I've flown other airlines and had carry on only, I would check in and the boarding pass would be on my app. Since I'm checking bags, do I still check in on the Jet Blue App, or is that only if you do not have bags being checked in.
I'm thinking maybe I do still check in on the app so I can get the boarding passes on the app, but not sure!!

Yes, you still check in using the app and you indicate how many checked bags you have. Upon arrival at the airport, go to a kiosk near bag drop and scan your boarding pass to print your luggage tag(s). The kiosk can also print a paper boarding pass if you prefer one of those.
