Jet Blue Even More Speed

Has anyone bought this? It says it comes with the extra leg room seats. Their website says you can go through a quicker line at security. Anyone have any experience at Orando airport? I figured you wouldn't gain any extra there since all the lines are long...

When you wait in line to show your ID and boarding pass: you get in a special line. It probably will be shorter than the regular lines. However, once you get past that check point, your line will merge in with the other lines. It probably will save some time, but not a lot of time.

Rarely worth it. As Best Aunt said, you skip the lines before the security check point but are IN the line as you head to the TSA screening. And usually that is the longest part of the line.

There was recently a thread about this topic. If you search you will find it. Overall, it can be useful at some airports, but Orlando is not usually one of them. Our experience at Orlando was not great, but it worked well in Fort Lauderdale.

We tend to splurge on the even more space seats. They are a little bigger. The biggest advantage for us is being able to board early and together without having to worry about overhead bin space.

Jet Blue offers 2 things different things, Even More Speed and Even More Space. Even More Speed only get's you the security portion. Even More Space gets you both the security portion and early boarding and leg room. So be sure you book the one you want.

Have done Even More Space a number of time. As others have said the more leg room and early boarding and therefore access to the overhead bins are great and that's probably the biggest benefit. Security can be hit of miss and even JB says there is no guarantee of time savings with it. Two time's in Orlando there really wasn't much of a difference but one time the line just to get to the boarding pass/ID check looked to be at least 15-20 min so it did help there. Even in Boston one time it saved us time and another it was pretty equal. We now have Pre-Check so the regular security line is not a big deal to us anymore but on 3 of our last 4 flights we have gotten the Even More Space anyway. Only reason we didn't on one of the flights is that we were flying with my family so there were 10 of us, on the flight back there was only 4 of us so we go it.

I just used even more speed out of MCO today. Fight was at 10:20 am. MCO was hopping and the security line wasn’t moving fast. Used even more speed line and we were through security in less than 5 minutes. Maybe we were just lucky and hit the airport security line just at the right time, but I’d purchase again. You do merge with main security, but I noticed our side was moving quicker than the other side.
