Wow - Jet Blue sliced its fares yesterday. Several months ago, I booked Jet Blue for the three of us from Newburgh (about one hour away) to Orlando for $605 round trip total - travelling end of April. Yesterday, I called because I received a promo e-mail and was able to change my flights - same times only from a much closer airport - White Plains (10 minutes) - and for only $470 for the three of us round trip! Had to pay a $75 change fee but I still saved $60. I'll also save money on airport parking because we can just take a cab now.
