After reading threads about airlines notifying (or not notifying) customers of changes to their flights, I thought I would post my experience.
We have flights on Jet Blue leaving in about 7 weeks. I had a voice mail on our home phone today notifying me of the change, as well as an email for the same change. I was already aware of the change as I am obsessive about checking on those things.
The change? Instead of leaving at 7:20, it now leaves at 7:22! At least they notified us.
