Jet Blue Airlines

I need some feedback on Jet Blue airlines. First time using them will be on trip from Wash/Dulles to Oakland. Need some facts like leg room and general comfort.

I haven't personally flown them yet but feeback from others has been positive. Comfort seems to be one of the airline's primary goals.

We've only flown them once, from Dulles to Fort Lauderdale. I felt like there was enough legroom...but of course, I was in my seat for several hours less then you will be.

I loved having the direct t.v. Time just whizzed by. Also, they offer a choice of snacks which is kind of cool. There are a variety of cookies, chips, etc.

The boarding process is a little crazy. They board from the front and from the rear. Let's just say...people have a little trouble following directions.

I flew on Jet Blue 2 years ago and loved the airline. I am tall (5' 10") and my husband is 6' 2" and we were fine.

I don't specifically remember amount of room, but I don't remember it being any less than other airlines. Might have been a little more.

I love Jet Blue!

We've flown with them twice from JFK/NY to Orlando and back. The staff was very friendly and both times we arrived ahead of schedule.

The seats are all leather and very comfortable even if you can't recline them. The Directv was very nice and we also liked the choice of snacks, they gave 2nd's on everything upon request.

I recommend JetBlue 110%!! Their seats are comfortable and their staff is excellent. They were a great help last year when my dad passed away unexpectedly during my trip to Florida.

And their snacks are yummy too!

I've flown on Jet Blue from NYC to Rochester so it was a very short ride. It was a pleasant flight, with plenty of leg room and comfy seats. We loved the DirecTV! I went to pick up a kitten and they were very accommodating.

My top choice to florida!! I always fly out of JFK now, its awesome. Plenty of legroom, comfy seats, and best of all, tv...you even get the travel channel

And they give you blue potato chips made from natural blue potatos. Honestly, we braved them, and they were actually good.

Everyone was very cheerful and helpful the few times I've flown on Jet Blue. I fell in lovewith it.

They are my new favorite airline!!! Great leg room(and I have a 6'3" DH!), nice people, comfortable seats, DirectTV, good snacks, and the flights attendants are very humorous(at least the ones on our flights have been!!)

We just had to postpone a trip, and the process was very simple...they charge a $25 fee per ticket, the rest goes into a credit account and the next time you book a flight with them, they use that. No big hassle at all.

We have flown 3 times from JFK to MCO. I love JetBlue, but my DH hated it. Absolutely hated it, he won't let us fly again on it.

Pros -
Checkin lines were short (no lines at all). On time, clean. Leather seats, TV, safe new planes. They try harder.

Cons -
Here comes the bad part.... Attendants way too friendly. Chats way too much, and joking around. They didn't help out a mother with a screaming baby. Rather, they were just breezing by, making jokes. The poor mom didn't need that.

It's much noisier than any other planes I have ever been on. My DH doesn't watch TV, and he can't even read or sleep. Everyone has their TV blasting. Attendants encouraged people to yell out loud, short of having a karaoke party. I actually wrote a complaint letter about this.

Maybe it's just the JFK-MCO route... I would fly JetBlue again if my DH let us. If their price is cheap, go for it.

I've flown Jet Blue from Florida to JFK. I think they're really good. The best part is the Direct TV. Man, it was better than staring out the window!

We won't fly any other airline if JetBlue offers the same (or similar) route.

WE LOVE JET BLUE!!!! Won't fly anyone else to FL..great service snacks and when I don't have to travel with extra toys on the plane because Dorian can watch cartoon network for the entire flight and never once do I hear I am bored and I can relax all the way to FL.

Checked out their prices and was really impressed. Wish they flew out of Newark though. Newark is about 20 minutes from us while JFK would be 1 40 minutes. But I am seriously considering it since everyone has been raving about it.

Any other thoughts...
