Jersey Week

Is Fast pass usually needed during Jersey week? If it is then I might stay at hotel that offers it free. Otherwise I’m going to get cheaper hotel so I want to figure out in advance. Thanks!

Hhn is over nov 4
This event can bring in crowds but not as much at the end dates

Believe it is Disney that gets effected by Jersey week, not so much for uo

So low crowds in UO? How long are waits on popular rides?

Universal studios will close at
5 if hhn is going on when you are there
IOA will stay open later

So if you go when hhn is still
happening, do the studios first and then switch to IOA by 4:00

Hhn does not usually have crowds the last few days of the event

Not sure what type of crowd level at this point for the day time

Check some of the threads last year to get an idea of crowd levels

Use the search button to find the threads that can enlighten you more

Luckily Hhn will be over, we’ll be there 11/8-9, I can’t seem to find old info in searches

If no threads come up in your search about massive crowds, could be there weren’t any

Might be a good sign

When a park is very crowded, they post about it

The one year I did Jersey week a few years ago (on Sat & Sun) there was a race @ WDW.

We were staying onsite @ U before switching over to WDW, scheduled specifically to skip those crowds/traffic patterns.

It was busier than I expected. There was no HHN scheduled at that time. Talked to a couple of TMs when in the park & they agreed but my guess is other people were following my strategy also

If no race that week, you should be fine with the FOTL perk. JHMO but visiting without out it is difficult when you are accustomed to having it but many feel the difference in price on hotels is worth it.
