Thanks!! I love how the mixbook was so easy!!! I do have some DIY's done but I really need to do more. DF has promised that if I help him with his projects around the house he will help with DIY wedding. That should be interesting. LOL!!!

I love your mixbook! The more I see them, the more I think I am going to have to make one.

As for the candy, I love your idea of using your favorite candy and making it a little more personal. You can even add a little note to the carriage explaining it's significance. And if you buy the candy during easter season next year, you'll save tons of money!

That is such a good idea to add a note. I hadn't even thought about that. I will definitely have to come up with something. Also hadn't even thought of Easter candy.

Your save the dates and guestbook look great! I do love MixBook now. And I think it looks good with the quote on the back, I like that better than leaving it plain. Your flutes and cake server set are gorgeous, and I love the cake topper

As for the candy, I think it's perfectly fine to put in your favorites! As cute as the Disney M&M's are, they're definitely expensive - and let's face it, many people will just scarf them down without even looking at them! Your idea is more meaningful, and I like Mindy's suggestion of adding an explanation of why you chose those candies!

I know I have been absent for a while but I have been keeping up on everyone else's PJ. Things have been a bit crazy around here. I went to Arizona over the fourth of July to get some more wedding things ironed out. My aunt is doing most of the decor or at least showing me how to make it so I needed to go to get more things set in stone.

I finally finished my aisle runner and will post pics as soon as I upload them.

I will probably be MIA again for a while because I am heading to Disneyland and D23 expo. I am so excited. I leave a week from Friday but after that it will be full blown wedding mode. I really need to get going on my centerpieces and a guest list made. DF is really bucking me on the guest list.

So DF hasn't asked anyone to stand yet so I gave him until September or I am going to ask who I want. He didn't think that was so funny but I thought it was hilarious.

I hope every is doing well and at least someone is following along.

Thanks Becky We did get a camera. We ended up getting the Nikon D5000. I was a little intimidated at first but it has an auto focus feature that works really well. It takes some getting used to but I love it!!
