Hi everyone-
Im sooo glad it is Sunday!! This weekend was crazy, but im glad i dont have any plans today.
Lets see, i babysat last night for 4 kids and made 100 bucks --i needed that so im happy!
Friday was fun..a friend and i hung out for a girls night and we both needed that!!
I also got at 15 page paper done and a 29 page paper done!!! That is a huge chunk out of what i need to do before the end!

I need some good thoughts if you guys dont mind.. i find out my student teaching placement tomorrow while im on campus..This is a HUGE deal because i live 45 minutes from campus and i am really hoping for some place closer to my house.i find out at 11am!!!

Well, off to watch tv..have a great day!

o trust me, i need a drink (or 2) after today and yesterday.
THEY DONT HAVE ME PLACED!! theres about 15 of us that they didnt place and now were waiting..and somehow its our fault..its ridiculous..

so bring on the drinks..pleaseeeee

can you keep calling and pestering them to get you placed, or will that cause more trouble? (ie - putting you in a bad district?)

Im afraid if i pester too much, i may get placed in a "bad" district..so im just shutting up for now..this semester has been one thing after anothe with this school and its driving me nuts!!!

Im off to classes now and when i get home, i am going to try to go to the dr....
I havent been able to keep anything down for like 6 days now..but i dont feel sick..just after i eat..so i have no clue whats wrong with me..i guess its finally time to go in--if i can get an appointment.

I'm sure some of it is stress. You have SO much going on right now.

hi guys.
i went to the dr today (becasue kim was driving me crazy )
She gave me some medicine to help stop the vomiting...they think my pain may be appendix, but we are waiting to see if the pain lessens overnight..if not, i may be getting surgery..ill keep you updated though, so please think some good thoughts for me...if anything happens and i cant get online, im sure Kim will know..thanks!

Hi everyone-
I am feeling alot better, although my stomach isnt feeling too great still. I do think alot of it is stress, because the last couple weeks have been pretty rough.

On the bright side, i got the name of the school I am student teaching and its only 10 minutes from my house!! i am sooo happy about that!!!

I have to go to classes Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and then i am DONE!!!!!!!!! im soooo excited!

last night, i had my work Christmas party and had a really nice time..it was nice to get out and not worry about everything.
Today i am going to my niece's 1st birthday party and then im babysitting..tomororw i have no plans so im going to have to find something to do haha

Hi everyone-
Well, I am even more nervous after meeting with my teacher today. She is very nice, but I am in a developmentally delayed kindergarten. This isnt something that Ive wantend to go into, but I need to do whatever they assign me. im very worried because the needs these children have are not like any needs I have dealt with before--im so scared!

on the REALLY bright side..i did something great tonight!!

I BOOKED MY FLIGHT TO DISNEY!!!!!!! This morning, i got an email for a sale for spirit airlines...it would be 113 total round trip each to disney in may. I couldnt get a hold of my friend and when i finally did at 11 (sale ended at 1159) there was no more sale prices for the day we wanted..so we gave up on it..about 20 minutes later, she called back--her dad checked other dates (i dont know WHY we didnt think of this, we werent set on dates) and he found airfare for 113 for May 17-22...so we booked it and we are officially going!! I will be seeing this friend on Sunday and then probably not again until we go to Disney..so im so excited...we are going to wait awhile to do t he room and tickets, but i know were going!

You're going to Disney!!!!!!!!!!!! There's nothing quite like the feeling of booking the flight to know that your trip is becoming a reality! Just a few months to wait.

Best wishes with the students. I understand your being nervous, but from all that I know about you on this thread, the students are lucky to have you. Good luck to you!!!!

Hey girl!

You're going to Disney World!!!!! Woohoo! Now, you'll have another reason to look forward to graduation!

Spekaing of graduation, please don't worry too much about your student teaching assignment. The teacher will help you through and you'll most likely be observing the first few days so you can get a feel for the environment..... If you need anything, I'm here for you.

Have a great week before Christmas! Maybe Santa will bring you some Disney Dollars for your trip!

Thanks guys!! im so excited and now there is less than 5 months til graduation and the trip!

Today i went for an ultrasound to see if there are any problems in my neck, so now we just wait and see if they call.

Other than that, i am LOVING that i am officially on vacation from school!! I feel lazy, but i dont want to do anything! I figure being lazy a couple of days isnt going to hurt me! Im still waiting on figuring out a few more things, as this is never a good week for my family...there is always just too much going on and my boyfriend is still driving me crazy..So hopefully things will settle down soon!
