Good Morning!

So today I fly home to finish everything up! Hopefully we will get lots done while I am there. I have a huge list! hahaha. I will take lots of pictures of everything. DF wouldn't retry the suit on he said that I have to wait! pssssssssh so I have no picture of the final product. but i will take pictures of it on the hanger when I take it home. I am trying to get as much wedding stuff to NY now so when we fly out in June it will be only honeymoon stuff!

Here are a few things I have posted yet. I saw the "Happily Ever After" Robe and wanted it for SO long...but i refuse to pay $60 and that was the only price I ever found. so I made it myself! I do mostly Embroidery art as it is so it seemed silly to buy it.

it is not really 2 different colors in the writing the top part was just wet when i took the picture. The color is really like the "After"

Like Wendy i am obsessed with Etsy. I don't know how everyone else is but I am SO excited to change my name. I have a very hard to pronounce and I am getting a super easy last name. Also I like the way it looks better I am going from JG to JB. SO I have been really into buying B necklaces (I have 3!) but I love the idea of a necklace with our wedding date. DF liked it so much he wants one now! (I think its a little girly for a boy?)

The engagement photo cd is on its way! but i will probably miss it before I leave for the airport. DF will zip me the photos so I can work on the blurb book while i'm away. so pictures SOON!

I am excited to change my name too - both names are fairly easy and get misspelled sometimes so it won't be much difference lol But your necklace is great, a nice way to keep your wedding day close to your heart

Thanks! Well even if your still stuck with a name people mess up....its still really exciting! Tho people tease me that I choose Luke because how awesome and simple his last name is I am sooo happy with the way it turned out! it was on my "want to buy" list for a while.

WOW, the robe is fantastic!! I'm seriously amazed that you made that yourself. It turned out great and I'm sure was SO much cheaper than buying one. Your Etsy purchase was such a great idea. I was wanting to get a charm like that with Eric's initials, too! I didn't have time to order anything unfortunately but yours turned out great!

I'm not too sure about changing my last name, I'm going from an easy one, that sounds good with my name, to one that people either spell wrong to pronounce right, or spell write and pronounce it wrong.

I'm also not too keen on being a Mrs. Mrs. just sounds so old!!

I will change eventually, but because we're getting married OS I have to actually change my name by depol, just the marriage cert. wont cover it.

So it will happen eventually.

It has taken me about 5-6 months to get use to the name change. Even shorter to get use to the new signature. BUT still not use to co-workers calling me by it from down the hall. LOL Let me tell you my 2 names DO NOT go together AT ALL!
I feel (only my opinion) that having his name says I'm all his and that we are a team. Silly I know...but just how I feel...food for thought..

Thanks hun! I am surprised at how it came out! it took weeks to make but I think it was well worth it. Now lets hope its not 80 degrees like it is right now. I will post this in a bit.

hahahaha Yeah thats a hard one. Its not bad to not change it but I feel like its not as obvious that your married to each other because your names are different. I don't know why but I am very excited for Mrs. I don't really like MS. Or Miss. Oh that sucks. I am not sure of the whole process (probably should be) so we will figure it out. haha....yeah I am actually excited about getting a new sig because my old one I started when I was like 16 and its TERRIBLE but the only way you can change it is if you get married....so I have been stuck with it. so I have been a big dork trying to practice a nice one. I'm sure it will take a long time to get use to it. I already forget a BILLION times with Disney. I asked them to put it under my married name because I didn't want them calling me my maiden when i was there. so I keep forgetting when i call and they say there is no reservation for that name I agree. DF told me when we first got together that he hated his last name and thought we should choose another one!!! but I love it and thats what he has been called forever and I want to join his family. I donno if that makes sense. and plus now my name will actually sound like a proper artists name instead of Jennifer ah....G.....ahh...um....lly? which is what I get they just pause and look at me hoping I will just be like its fine I am here.

When we first got engaged I was determined to learn how to do calligraphy. (yeah that didn't work out so well) Anyway. He made fun of me so I didn't bother after that...Whoops...guess when you have the lic. it's fair game.

I actually have the engagement photos! wow that took to long. Between the photographer being lazy, being in NY and then having no internet (i'm at a cafe so I can get my blurb book done...) it has taken too long.

So there are 72 we like out of the 137. but I will no bore you will all of them. Tho I have a VERY hard time picking the ones to take out. So tell me to stop if I am over doing them! hahaha

so we had 4 locations and 3 clothes changes. Most happened to be from the beach/park we went to.

This one is in my top 5

thats it! We had a great time and i would DEF recommend it to everyone. Now we know what to expect for the wedding and it was a great experience. We also waited 3 years before actually doing one...so its never too late. This was instead of our honeymoon session we were thinking about

thanks hun! We took them in Evanston Illinois actually. I know under two weeks now!! crazy. I will have soooo many pictures when I get back. it will take me months to put them up! hahha
