I've never had a Mickey bar either!!!

(Don't yell at me guys, I'll try one eventually when I'm done using all my snack credits for chocolate mousse or chocolate cake & can borrow someone else's!!! )

Now, please let me know if you find out they are made by Dove! That will definitely lure me into trying one as the very first snack on my trip!!! I LOOOOOVE Dove bars!!! Yum!!!

YES they are that good! I can't verify on the made by Dove, but they definitely taste like it! The chocolate coating is so thick and rich, and the ice cream is just YUMMO! :dance:

Lots of walking, followed by ice cream! Perfect description of Disney, Universal, Sea World, any other amusement park, and of course shopping!

Sounds like the perfect workout to me!

I took the camera to the zoo yesterday. It was so weird just going with only a point and shoot, but it was fun trying it out.

I hate to admit this, but I've never had a Mickey bar! Are they really that good? I read somewhere that they used to be made by Dove & I love Dove bars. Should I try one?

I have heard they are made by Dove, but I can't swear to it. You do need to try one.

I can't wait. Brook leaves tomorrow. This week is going fast. I do need to finish throwing some more clothes into the suitcase and make a list of my last minute things to throw in that morning. It looks like we'll be tractorpulling Sat. I know Skip is, and if I am ready, for the most part, Claire and I wil lgo with him.

You can just use facebook for when you friends are at Disney.

This is what I do. I don't have the time (or the desire really) for a "real" FB page so I just made one using my DIS name only. The only thing I use it for is to read along and see the pictures from DIS friends who are posting live from WDW. You'd be surprised how much joy it brings you to be able to see what they are doing and how much fun they are having when you are stuck back at home.

I knew this summer would be difficult at our house and I'm trying to take it one step at a time. Robbie's not moving out for College, but it's still been rough. He's a kid that doesn't handle change well, and there is a huge life change looming.

I hope he takes to changes sooner than later, makes it easier on all.

Sam is leaving in 14 days, my problem(s) with her is her lack of any kind of organization AT ALL!( shocking ,I know. She definitely didn't take after me!) Her room is a disaster zone, she has not a thing ready to be packed. Her dumb butt father is supposed to buy her some stuff, (storage totes, simple school supplies, and laundry items) but keeps flaking. I'm ready for a the pre-college stuff to be done. I'll miss her the next day

Anyway.......... I'd give my right arm to just run away to Disney with you! You don't think my husband would mind me leaving him to cope by himself, do you??????????

My son is young still, just 5, but he also doesn't handle change well. He is leaving the special ed. pre-school he has been going to for the last two years to start Kindergarten in a small class for children with delays. He is nervous and afraid and since speech is one of the things that is hard for him, he doesn't know how to express himself except through temper tantrums. The last few weeks have been a nightmare at our house.

I'm hoping the adjustment though difficult at first, will pass by quickly. Hopefully it will be the same for your son too.

In the meantime, I am also living vicariously through others!

Thanks Carey! Timmy is 16 and will likely go away to school somewhere. So in 2 years, we'll be experiencing that too. Not fun at all. I feel for you in a big way. Good luck getting her organized and on her way!
