Jelly Rolls? What's a good night to go there?

Grandma is coming on our upcoming trip, so we have a built in babysitter. Dh and I would like to spend a few hours doing something for grown ups. We went to Jelly Rolls years ago and had fun. We found some nights were lively, other nights were dead.

Is there a good night to go?

Also, any other suggestions for a nice evening for two adults would be much appreciated. I think dining is out as we've already booked our ADR's for TS.
