Jello pudding pops make a comeback?!!

Were they in the ice cream aisle or somewhere else? I am on a quest tomorrow to find them!!!

I found them in the frozen foods along with other ice cream treats. The only kind I found was a box with three flavors in it. Chocolate, Vanilla, and Chocolate Vanilla Swirl.

They're made or marketed by Popsicle now, so they come in a yellow box. I've only seen them offered as an assortment of chocolate, vanilla and C&V swirl. You can't get them separately, like you used to. Maybe there will be such a demand that the flavors will be offered separately. And maybe they'll bring back butterscotch, too...

Since they are now made by Popsicle do they taste the same?

They taste the same to me, but it's been a LONG time since I last ate them. I think the shape is different, though. Or maybe that's just my imagination.

No, Dan, those are not what we are talking about. Pudding Pops are frozen. I found them last week and bought just one box to see if they tasted the same and they did!!!! We went through that box in 24 hours. Sent DS #3 to get milk and more Pudding Pops (they were on sale) and he couldn't find any. Stopped back at the same store two days later and looked and found them buried behind White Shark popsicles. There were only three boxes left and I became greedy and grabbed all three. They are delicious and low in fat!

I bought them at Acme (in New Jersey), which is owned by Albertson's, so keep checking your store. Maybe they will show up soon!

The shape is different. The old ones used to be flatter and tapered towards the end. It was kind of like a long trapezoid. Now, they are rounder in shape. The taste is unchanged though.....at least I think so....

Chris read that they were back on another forum in February. As soon as I heard that, I RAN and got my shoes on. "What are you doing?", he asks me. DUH! I want to find some pudding pops. "We'll drive around all night, if we have to!" It was late. He thought I was nuts, but I've waited for YEARS to have another pudding pop... We struck out at Kroger, but Publix came to the rescue.

Now I'm craving more. I think Chris needs to take me to the store.

I JUST BOUGHT A BOX!!!! Yes, I am screaming, I am so excited. No one else in my house understands. I hate the local Winn Dixie but they always have "new" products on the shelf so I ventured in and there they were. Can't wait to have one!

they are not big enough! I think they should double the size of them. I am so happy to hear they are making a comeback. They were the best!

I went to the local Meijer and they didn't have them. They never have anything new.

Have to check a few other stores. Of course, they have them at Publix. Just another reason to move to Florida.
