Hi Amanda!! Welcome! And can I say I'm loving the TR Jay is doing for your gorgeous ceremony? You and your daughter looked so beautiful!!

So today was payday and errand day. I mailed our final payment to Just Marry so we are really, truly, good to go! The only things left to pay are Rev. Jack and if I decide to have my dress pressed.

I'm really debating on how I'll get my dress to WDW. We usually fly first class because I'm a *terrible* flier and feel more comfortable in a more spacious, yet smaller, space (does that even make sense? LOL), but when we cancelled last October (those were first class tickets, waaaaaaaah!!!!) airfare was a lot cheaper so we are flying coach for the same price as we would've flown first. ANYWAY! If we *were* flying first it wouldn't be an issue -- I'd just ask them to put the dress in the coat closet, but since we'll be in coach, I don't feel like I can do that and take space away from the folks who paid to be able to use it.

I could possibly ship it down to Carolyn Allen's, but I was actually considering hiring Lori Loftis (as suggested by Joanne) to do my dress, and I don't think she offers that service. I'm not too keen on the idea of shipping the dress anyway ... makes me nervous! I guess I could also stuff it into a carry-on, but it's so big and fluffy, I'm not sure it would fit. I'm open to any suggestions!!

I don't know what your baggage allowance is, since they seem to get less and less all the time! I took my dress in a box that was allowed as a carry-on. It made it safe and sound and we had Carolyn Allen's come out and steam it. It was really the only option for me since I knew it couldn't leave my sight!! It was just a bit challenging trying to get it into the box in the first place!!

My dear, sweet DIS and Swan brides -- I wanted to post and say goodbye, as Jeff has taken a much-promised and finally delivered new position within his company and this move unfortunately requires us to cancel our trip and all VR plans. It's been such a ridiculous, bumpy ride but we wouldn't give up, but apparently the fates just had to throw this final wall in our way to make us realize it truly wasn't meant to be.

l spent the weekend crying, but am sincerely excited for my husband and we have hopes of doing something for our 25th in 4 years, possibly a dream vacation to Aulani and Disneyland, something we've wanted to do for years.

Thank you all for reading along and bearing with all my ups and downs -- you are truly a bunch of wonderful ladies and I wish you all wonderful happily-ever-afters!!
