Jedi Training

Have searched and cannot figure it out. What is Jedi Training? It is a ride or activity? What age group suits it? How do you do it and not mess up your fast passes?

I would appreciate any insight from those who have done it.

It is an activity. It is where 4-12 yr olds learn how to fight with light sabers and defeat Darth Vader or Darth Maul. You sign up your child and can pick a time to work around your schedule. Then you bring your child back, they put on a robe and get their light saber, practice some choreographed moves, then Vader comes out and you "fight" him. My son loved it! You need to sign up as soon as DHS opens.

It's a little lightsaber "training" session where the kiddos will ultimately get to fight Darth Vader or Darth Maul in front of on-lookers. Last trip my DS did it twice (DH is a Star Wars nerd). We leave in few days to enjoy our next trip and DS will do it again! DH wishes adults could do it too! It's so cute!

My DS 12/10, he was the youngest of the bunch and got to go last. It was a "joke" to the trainer because he was going so soft on Darth Vader!

Of the group that does the training while fighting Vader, the storm troopers will go to attack one of the jedi's and they get to use the force on them

Sign-ups for Jedi begin as soon as the park opens. Plan to arrive at DHS 30-45 minutes before the scheduled park opening.

As soon as they open the entrance gates, head directly to the Sounds Dangerous building with your child. The Cast Member will ask him a few questions and will sign him up for a Jedi Training session that fits into your Fp+ schedule if you have already chosen your Fp+ times.

Also, it seems like they save the kids wearing a Star Wars tee for last. My DS was the last one to get to fight Vader (he had on a Yoda shirt) and the kid before him had on a Vader shirt. All of the other kids in the bunch were not wearing anything Star Wars.

My son will be 4.5 and we're doing this! He may be the youngest but he is a Star Wars fanatic!
