Jedi Training - PM Sign-up Possible?

We're arriving on 12/10 and will go to DHS as our first park. We're going back later in the week but will be hopping over after AK. Jedi Training isn't a must-do, but my 7 YO would certainly love it. What are the chances that we could get signed up when we arrive at the park ~2PM? Do they fill in if there are no-shows?

I would guess your chances will be slim to none by then. They will do no shows but they take names and text/call in order of list when they have a no show.
