sooooo looks like we will be going in may next year flying out on the 4th much to dh's delight (may the 4th be with you !!)

obviously we want to take ds to the jedi academy and i was just wondering how it works
some people said you need to get there early and just wear something starwarsy and the kids were picked at random other people said that its now done on a first come first served basis
just wondered if any one knew what the state of play is ??

thanks

When we were there it was completly random !! If you get there early you have more chance of getting picked as obviously you are at the front of the group !! My ds was wearing star wars tshirt and also sunglasses and i think it was the sun glasss that got him chosen as they the "script" requires a child with protective eye wear !!!

Hi we were in Hollywood Studios last week and it has changed to a line - last time we were there itwas random but ths time you cue. Only 16 children get picked and we had to cue from the show before - over 1 hour. This was in October so i wouldnt like to think what the cues would be at other times. Apparently there were complaints about the random selection however sure there will be as many about having to cue for hours

Oh no !! That kind of takes the fun o of the show if you have to queue to take part !! The idea was that they cold spot potential jedis ! We had to watch he shw twice to get picked put I still think thats better than standing in line !

Sorry for the duff info then princess jodie x x x

no worries guys if we have to queue we will queue
i am sure my son and husband will think it worthhile
at least me and dd can then go off and hit the shops !!:):)
