Jaydens Wish trip - September 26th-October 2nd - MAW/GKTW

We received a call from our MAW volunteers stating they could not rent us a car as planned because no one in our party is over 25..bummer =/ we liked the idea of being able to do it all on our own time..seeing as how my kids are soooo unpredictable! so i think we are going to try to rent one on our own. anyone know of any less expensive places?

Heres the scedule:
day1-arrive and relax
day2-mk
day3-ak
day4-back to mk
day5-universal
day6-sea world
day7-we leave @ 11

and the only must see is the fireworks at mk. jayden loves fireworks..(gabbi hates em)

I have read that other trippers maw volunteers have thrown send off parties for the wisg child. i dont think jaydens is..so im goin to throw him one =) and suggestions for disney recipes?? we are just doin something small here at the house but he will love it!

eek.... I am not sure if you can rent a car since you guys are all under 25?? That is an interesting problem...

How will you handle transportation? Did MAW tell you how they normally do that?

oh no..i kno we can rent a car lol we have before. we just have to pay a little extra for not being over 25. and maw said something about free transportation to and from a park each day..but idk, if we wanted to go back that day we couldnt. it just kinda stinks =\ but we'll make the best of it =D

Yeah...I think you are definitely going to want to have a car if possible!

Have you checked www.mousesavers.com yet?

They normally have some codes and such so that you can rent a car for cheaper than normal. But I am not sure how it will work since you are not quite 25.

I do know that GKTW will take care of you guys if you need a ride! They are awesome over there!!

I cant believe it..what only 18 days left? wow!! soo soon!! i have just finished making jaydens send off party invites and they are adorable if i must say so myself =) i think i am going to take some pictures of them to show you all! our volunteer was here yesterday and now we are all 100% all ready to go..yippee!!

I concur with everyone else that a car is a huge advantage for convenience and time saving.
