Disclaimer: I've not actually eaten at Teppan Edo, so take that into consideration.
That said, I feel it really depends on your preferences as to which one you might like better.
Generally speaking Tokyo Dining is a quieter, more relaxed experience I believe. You sit at a table with only your party and your server brings you your food from the kitchen. Teppan Edo is a teppanyaki style ("Japanese steakhouse") restaurant where a chef cooks your entree in front of you on a hibachi. Obviously, speaking to your chef while they cook your meal gives you a little more control over your meal if you feel like you need that. If you are a smaller party, it is highly likely you will be seated with strangers. From reading menus and reviews, it also seems to me as if the menu at Teppan Edo is a little bit more Americanized than that of Tokyo Dining, although you certainly can get very similar dishes at Tokyo Dining as well and I wouldn't really call either restaurant truly traditional Japanese or adventurous.
If you really, really like Japanese steakhouses, or prefer a louder, more energetic atmosphere where you get a show with your dinner, and you're not afraid to be possibly seated with strangers should you have a smaller party, then you'll probably like Teppan Edo.
If you want a quieter, more private experience, a more typical restaurant atmosphere, or you really love sushi, I feel Tokyo Dining is a better choice.
