"Japan" dining kiosk question

I found pictures on Google images of a menu for "Japan" The blogger states it was while Yakitori was closed being refurbished to become Katsura.
Most of the menu had the disney dining plan icon next to it- sushi, entrees and child's meal.

So 2 questions: Does this place still exist? If so, does the icon really mean good for a snack credit?

That's the regular Food and Wine festival booth, which was standing in for Katsura while it was being refurbished. I'd imagine they'd have taken it down now. Yes, go back during the festival and you can get all that for a snack credit.

Thats sort of what I was thinking, but the blogger made it sound like it was the "regular" menu. Didn't mention he was there during the festival.
Hmm- going in July. Wonder if I can convince DH to go back just a couple months later?

In general they do not leave the booths up past the festival, but they did it in Mexico (in 2010) and Japan while their counter services were being refurbished, so the blogger did not necessarily have to be there during the festival. Once the refurb is finished they take the booth down.
