is it safe to say that the next set of discounts codes will cover the first week of january, or will they not come out till a later time, just hoping for some good discounts for jan

I think that's pushing it a little too far! Last year January discounts came out mid-October (I was on the phone the day they came out). You'll probably see October, November, and December in the next batch of discounts. But, keep your eyes open - you might get a surprise!
