ok, i would like to lose 40 pounds by september so i'll go for losing 5 pounds this month and hopefully it will inspire me to get into a healthier routine of exercise and eatting better.
I have been "off the wagon" for the last few months and it is time to get serious again. I don't know if it is reasonable but I would love to lose 15 lbs. this month since that is the amount I have gained since October 1st. I know that sounds like too much but I also know that I tend to lose 7-8 pounds the first week I get serious after a break because of all the water. It is agressive but I want to see if I can do it.
I am back in this fight. Put me down for 15. We are having a Biggest Loser contest at work from January 3 - January 31. Right now the winner's pot is up to $50! That's enough motivation for me!!!
Put me down for 5 please. I was doing real well with the 5 pound a month goal last Spring. Then it just got too hot and then the kids finished school and I just found it so hard to get my exercise in. I gained back most of what I lost. Hoping to do better this time around.
Please put me down for 10 pounds. I have gained 30lbs. since last year. I'm at 180 now and would like to be back down to 150 by the trip I'm hoping to take in May.
