Does anybody know how January resort pricing compares to the rest of the year?

"Seasonal" pricing occurs all throughout the year. Mousesavers has a good reference that shows the season dates and rack prices which can vary not only from month to month, but week to week. January and February tend to have the lowest room rates, but depends on which week you look at:

If you stay away from holidays, January is a very affordable time to go! Just be aware that you might not be able to use the pools, depending on the weather. It was in the 40s during part of our January 2016 trip.

Last year I wanted to make my long time wish to stay at the Grand Floridian come true. So i had definately had to find the lowest priced week to make that happen. We ended up going the first week of February.
