January or February 2009?

I know both are great times to visit WDW but I am debating between the week before Super Bowl (Jan 27-Feb 1)and the last week of February(Feb 25-Mar 1). Anyone have any suggestions. Does anyone know if rates would be the same or different for this time of year?

the week after president's day is supposed to be not busy but it is(its actually the week before that's quiete)


the end of january is usually a pretty good time

The last week of January will be value season - I think the last week of February should be regular season, but don't quote me on it. It could be peak.
