Jan. 8 - 55 min.
Jan. 9 - 49 min.
Jan. 10 - 0 min.
Jan. 11 - 75 min.
Jan. 12 - 50 min.
Jan. 13 - 0 min.
Jan. 14 - 0 min.

Weekly total: 229 min.
Monthly total: 510 min.
490 min. to reach goal.

We are on our way home from WDW as I type. I will be taking off tomorrow and Monday, but will be posting totals next week. I plan on starting out easy on the TM as my feet are still recovering from the TM, but plan on doing some floor exercies, etc.

Way to go everyone on their totals for the week, boy the minutes are adding up.

Monday Jan 10th - 75 mins
Tuesday Jan 11th - 45 mins
Wednesday Jan 12th - 90 mins
Thursday Jan 13th - 85 mins
Friday Jan 14th - 45 mins
Saturday Jan 15th - 30 mins

For a total of......drum roll please......430mins...wooooohooooo :cool1: :cool1:
Must do more next week, have to catch up since I am a week behind. :D
 
Sorry everyone I've been conserving energy this week so haven't been online much. Charts are updated now. :) :flower:

As always let me know if you see any errors. I use calculator but still miss key from time to time. :)

Everyone is doing awesome. I didn't have a good week but this week starting off with 45 minutes already. I'm doing 8 week free trial at fitness center and loving it.
 
Please add:

1/17/05 - 50 min on the TM
1/18/05 - 5 min warmup on TM & 50 min Firm Video= 55 min
1/20/05-40 min on the TM
1/22/05-50 min on TM

Add 195 to 480 (already logged) = total of 675

Okay, I'm a day early with my weeks results:

January 15th 30 minutes
January 16th 0 minutes (football playoffs )
January 17th 55 minutes
January 18th 75 minutes
January 19th 130 minutes
January 20th 105 minutes
January 21st (120 minutes (updated 1/21)

So far a total of 515 for week 3

460 + 400 + 515 = 1375 for the month so far with 625 to go. It's going to be really close, but I'm shooting for it.
 
I had a pretty good week:

Jan. 15 - 88 min.
Jan. 16 - 50 min.
Jan. 17 - 55 min.
Jan. 18 - 50 min.
Jan. 19 - 65 min.
Jan. 20 - rest
Jan. 21 - 50 min.

Week total: 358 min.
Month total: 868 min.
132 min. to goal
 
Hi! This week I exercised 280 minutes (17 miles of walking and some strength training.) Thanks for changing my total.

This week I only exericised for 155 minutes. My total for the month so far is 530 minutes.

It looks like I have a lot of time to make up for this week. :D
 
Sorry haven't update chart yet. I had a busy week and have a busy weekened now. I only got a few minutes online this morning so I can't get it done until tonight. :( :guilty:

I'll have it all fixed up by morning. :)
