January Exercise Challenge

as of sunday the 9th (today) ive done 240 minutes since the first of the month this is the first time ive checked in so i hope thats ok

(unless of course shoveling snow counts then add on about another 60 minutes hehe i would love to go south they say another storm is brewing for mid week this week ack :rolleyes: at least i can go cross country skiing and snowboarding after of course i shovel)

I've got some updating to do here! Sorry I haven't been on line the past few days. Here's my totals for week #1

1/1 - Day off - Happy New Year!
1/2 - 90 min - bicycle
1/3 - 120 min - walking
1/4 - 40 min - bicycle
1/5 - 60 min - bicycle, strength & flex exercises
1/6 - 30 min - bicycle
1/7 - 90 min - bowling

Total for week #1 - 430/2000 min.

I'll start a new thread for week #2 :flower1:

Update for me:

1/5 - 20 minutes
1/9- 200 minutes (marathon) & 60 minutes walking around EPCOT WS to keep my muscles from getting stiff= 260 minutes
1/11- 15 minutes -walking around the lake at Carribean Beach
1/14- 60 minutes on TM
1/15- 60 minutes- FIRM
1/16-45 minutes- FIRM Yoga, Abs & Stretch
Total 460 minutes to add to the 20 I already have - Grand Total 480
 
but my bike broke! So now I really have a challenge, eh? :rolleyes:

Week # 2 exercise mins & overall total

I ended week # 1 with 430/2000 min.

1/8 - 100 min - walking
1/9 - 30 min - bicycle
1/10 - 60 min - bicycle
1/11 - 60 min - bicycle
1/12 - 100 min - walking
1/13 - 150 min - walking
1/14 - 90 min - bowling

Total min exercised during week #2 - 590! :sunny:

Jan challenge total as of the end of week #2 1020/2000 min :cool1:

Week #2 was a good exercise week for me! The best part was NO DAYS OFF! I'm proud of that & hope I can keep it up.
 
Here's week 2 for me:

January 8th 0 minutes (football playoffs :earseek: )
January 9th 0 minutes (football playoffs :earseek: )
January 10th 110 minutes
January 11th 90 minutes
January 12th 60 minutes
January 13th 80 minutes
January 14th 60 minutes

For a total of 400 for week 2

460 + 400 = 860 for the month so far with 1140 to go. Better get it together and turn up the pace more :earseek:
 
I have a lot of work to do. I did not realize the marathon would take me a week to recover.

My total as of yesterday is 300.
