I'm torn with how many minutes to make my goal. I have the marathon but also a 10 day vacation. I guess those will kind of even out.
I will aim for 1200.

I'm in again for this month for 1200. I do have the half marathon so may need to adjust this number upwards. We will see.
I'm in for 1000 minutes this month. I'm tapering for the Donald and want to take a my running mileage way down after that so I can try some other activities more.

I am in for 500. I haven't worked out as much as I should in the past month due to a sprained wrist and ankle. (slipped on a piece of apple in the hall at my school). They have been feeling pretty good but I don't want to reinjure anything.
Thanks for sharing this plan. I am currently researching new running plans and thinking of going with higdon.Please put me down for 1275.
This is great, thanks for doing it. Trying to stay on track, we are going to be moving at least twice this year. The more good habits happen now the more likely they are to continue later...
Anyone have any good phone apps (android) for weight watchers? I just need something to figure out points and track them, nothing complicated. We aren't signed up "officially" for the program with the WW site, just doing it on our own.

I've already shredded yesterday, so I've done 28/840. More later today, since I plan on doing my workout after I get home from work. (woke up late today)
