Did not get any exercise in yesterday because I wasn't feeling very good. But today I walked 70 minutes! I even walked in the rain because I was determined that I was gonna get some exercise in today!
My total now is 490/900.
yesterday was 50 minutes and today 30 for the tm. I am hoping to add weights back in next week - but still not trying to rush recouping.
Looks like I picked a number I can attain since I made it to 400/500 so far.
TammyNC - there is "no giving up allowed" when one is doing as great as you on getting healthier - just take it one day at a time and whatever you do - will all add up to "time that wasn't spent on the couch"
