January Exercise Challenge **UPDATED Jan 7th**

Got a 60 min long walk and 20 min exercises! This has really been inspirational!! :disrocks:
 
My husband and I walked for 45 minutes today. Since it is the weekend we did not walk as fast as we normally do, but we kept a good pace and talked the whole time.
I am really glad I joined this challenge! It helps to keep me motivated and keeps me going longer when I really don't think I want to go at all.

My total is now 420/900! Almost halfway there! :banana:
 
Since the last time I posted I have added the exercise ball to my morning routine. I am also using my treadmill a lot more as I get ready for the Peachtree 10K.

ADisneyDaughter alternates between TaeBo and the treadmill.


Since we signed up for the Discovery 8 week challenge I expect even better results.

Managed to get 45 minutes in today!! 515/800
 
I did 60 minutes on the treadmill and 10 on the ellipitcal and 5 minutes abs bringing my total to 700/1500.
 
Please add 60 min. today for a total of 305/500.

Because of my foot, I only did 180 minutes this week. That puts me at 848/1600. I'm at halfway, but I may not get much further. My foot seriously hurts when I'm on it too much so I'm calling the doctor today. Who knows what he'll say but until I hear the okay from him, I'm taking a break from the gym.

For some reason it's harder for me to workout during the weekends than during the week - you'd think it would be the other way around. But that's okay, even if it wasn't as much as I had anticipated it's better than nothing. Put me down for 315/1000.
