I walked 35 minutes yesterday. Also, I rode our new exercise bike (which by the way was much, much more difficult than I anticipated) for 15 minutes and walked for 15 minutes. So that puts me at 215/500. Almost halfway there.
I'm alittle late at signingup but please put me down for 1000. I've exercise some this past week but I need to be accoutable now. I've got to get back to it!!
