Off to update. I'm really going to have to step it up the rest of the month. Life keeps getting in the way of my motivation. I did make it to swim this morning for 75 min, then my 10 min ab work. Need to walk the husky, but when it's warm enough, it's too windy for me....Not that I risk blowing away or anything......
I did 30 minutes yesterday and 40 minutes today on the Wii fit. That puts me at 220/500.
I work all weekend, so I might not be able to fit too much in, but I'll at least do a little every day. I'm down 3.9# for the week, and I know the exercise has a lot to do with that!
First day,and I planned to walk the neighborhood for 30 min. Well, after 22 min. I was speed walking back to the house. All my water was kicking in! From now on I will have to lay off the water for an hour before my walk. Lol!
I'm up to 300/1100 mins and 28.8/90 miles this month. I didn't get on the Wii Fit yesterday and haven't done it yet today but I will get there this afternoon.
