Please count me in! I have 2 goals; 1100 mins of exercise (at gym and on Wii Fit) and 90 miles of walking. So far for the month I am 60/1100 and 3/90.
 
I'm in, my goal is 600 minutes.

mousehouselover - how is that Wii fit? Do you get a workout with it?

I haven't done an exercise challenge in a long time and I haven't been doing well on my weight loss in a long time. So, I'm hoping the challenge will help motivate me to do better :thumbsup2

Put me down for 750 minutes. Doesn't seem like much, but it is more than I've been doing. Hoping to blow it away!
 
I'm going to shoot for 500 this month. I'm just starting out, and I'll be at WDW for a week, so I figured I should start on the low side. I did the Wii fit today, so I'm 35/500.

Jennz-you get a great workout on the Wii fit if you get on it, but unfortunately it doesn't help much if you never turn the dang thing on and use it! It's a lot of fun, but I always seem to be short on time. I'm going to force myself to do a least a few minutes every day no matter how busy I am so it becomes habit. I got my daughter Wii Cheer for Christmas, and I can't wait til the kids go back to school on Monday so I can try it out without them watching me!

I know it's all about small steps but my 22 mins today just seems inadequate. I'm 82/1100 mins and 6/90 miles.
 
I feel down our steps on Christmas Day and am still nursing a sore knee. I decided to try swimming laps this morning. I forgot how much work swimming is, and how hungry I get after I swim.

Sunday:All righty, I actually got up and moved today. :) I have logged 75 minutes for the past 2 days. :goodvibes I think that the wakeup call of 10% of the month being gone did it. ::yes:: Thanks for the

Monday: I got up and did some Wii yoga exercises. When I got home I did some waist stuff and the strength, aerobics and balance games. That puts me at a total for now of
