I already did my 30 min of Wii fit this morning, and I just found out it snowed so much last night that school is cancelled and I'm heading out to do some shoveling! Hopefully that will boost my weight loss. I seem to have plateaued already. I'm going to work on pushing fluids and lots of fruits and veggies over the next few days and see what happens.
Last week I exercised only 1 day out of 7! This week I exercised 3 days in a row, so I'm at 186/700. If only I would exercise BEFORE turning on the PC, as that's my biggest obstacle to getting the workout done.
Sorry, totally forgot to update my mins...last week I had 95 and this week I'm up to 192 and hoping to get more exercise in today. For a total so far of 287/750
