We sailed in Jan. of 2012 and in March of 2011. In Jan. it was a beautiful day - warm and breezy. The water was a little chilly when you first got in but then felt warmer. In the afternoon, it was very nice and warm and lots of people were enjoying the water. In March, it was a warm and sunny day but with very high winds and we couldn't dock at Castaway Cay after the captain made numerous attempts. We ended up with a lovely day at sea. That said, I have also been at Disney World in Dec. trying to enjoy the Christmas Party when it was 30 degrees and windy - so you really never know. Debbie

Andreia, my two granddaughters will be onboard - older one is 7 and younger one is 5. Not sure how much time they will be in the kids-only areas because there are so many things for families to do together on the ship. Debbie

Called the cruise line today to talk about a few questions I had and I found out I've finally received my Cabin number! We are officially outta GTY status.....Dave and I are in Cabin #2535. Now that we have a cabin number, it will make the FE list complete for our cabin's info! I can't wait!

Also found out what movies will be playing in the theatre while we're onboard....so save your money! You can watch them all on the ship for free!

We got our cabin assignments last week but was busy with Thanksgiving - now I can concentrate on Christmas and the CRUISE !
We are Grammy and Grampy and Maura (7 year old girl) in cabin #2517 and next door in #2515 will be Mom, Dad and Ainsley (5 year old girl). We were so happy to get an interior with the magical porthole for the girls and in a lower part of the ship since our daughter gets VERY seasick and was worried about movement. So happy to find out the movies !! We saw Lincoln this weekend and it was wonderful and the rest we will skip until we get on the ship. Will definitely have a family viewing of Monsters University ! Counting the days ! Debbie

I'm getting sooooooo excited can't wait to tell the kids xmas morning!!!! First airplane rides, first 7 night trip anywhere, first hotel, first flordia and of course first DISNEY!!!!!! The movies will make it that much sweeter!!! I have a red head who is just like Brave!!!! My son has been bugging me to see a couple of the other ones now just one more thing to put off till Xmas!!!! This is going to be a Xmas to remember! Just looked outside and it's snowing!!!!! Bring on the palm trees I'm ready!!

8025 - The Doyle's Clint (dad), dd 10- Riley, ds 7-Colby ** I read that some people give small bottles of alcohol to some adults, if any of you are planning to, please skip this cabin with that, please don't do anything different, just skip him, he won't mind or know the difference. (I'm doing all fe planning for his room anyway). He is at around 18 months sober woohoo!!!!, and I know he would be fine getting it, as he's already said he'll be fine on the ship with it plentiful, I just don't want it to worry his kids if they see it. Thanks so much!!

Ok, just a few questions about FE, since this is the very last day to decide...
I'm so willing to participate, but I really don't get exactly how it works. Are we supposed to leave one gift each person, kid or room? Every day?
Gift have to be edible, or can be toys, magnets, etc?

It's entirely up to you! Mostly it's only one delivery whenever you feel like it. You can make the gift to be for each person or one gift per cabin. We have received candy, a crocheted tote bag, photo books, ornaments, games, items from someone's area or country, light sticks, homemade things, purchased things, pirate stuff, keychains, magnets... One of the families from our last cruise was from Hunsville, Alabama...their gift was various little souvenirs from the Space Camp. Another family brought stuff from Australia. Just do what you feel. It's really fun.
