January 4-10?? Anything out there?

With the new offer not starting until the 9th is there any deals out there for this week? Well that is if there is even anything available, I have been looking in to that week for a friend who was wanting me to plan her trip and I am not coming up with too much availability. Anybody know why this is other than the marathon that weekend? Well any suggestions or tips...I would love any help that is out there!!

Disney is offering the "pay for 4, get 3 free" deal beginning Jan. 4. Availability for that week is limited because of the deal. AFAIK, there is nothing available if you call CRO or go thru Disney's website but you might be able to get something if you go thru a Disney TA or a travel wholesaler like Southwest Vacations, Delta Vacations or USAir Vacations.

Thanks, but I am confused...on disney web site it say the offer starts Jan 19th on the left but in smaller writting on the right it says the 4th?? Anyone know why this is?

We're going Jan 4-10 with the buy 4, get 3 free deal (except we're going 6 days, 7 nights thats all we could get for POP. I tried like a day before and a day after and I couldn't get it. Odd). We decided this like back when the deal came out. At first we were gonna stay in a moderate resort but it was gone when I went to try and book it so we'll be at POP.
I didn't know another deal came out. We already paid toward this trip so we're not going to rebook, plus the $200 gift cards=awesome.

If she is willing to leave the 9th, she can get a room at a Value Resort, accurate as of 5 minutes ago. They may not have 3 free nights available, but they may have 1 or 2 for free. Not as good, but costing it out with the $200 gift card, it will be great for us.
