Woot! Reporting for roll call. "Cruisin to the Crucians!" (That's the name of people on St. Croix.)

We just moved our ressie to this date and we've got two families and grandparents coming on this cruise. Multi-generational travelers as the leisure industry calls us. Looking forward to this cruise but we have to knock down another this weekend!

Hi!

We booked the Jan 31, 2009, Eastern with St Croix while on our Jan 19, '08 Eastern.

It's never too early to plan ahead! :cool1:

Looking forward to getting to know my fellow DIS cruisers. When we get closer, we'll need to plan a meet. We really enjoyed the one we had this year with a DIS gift bag exchange and group picture. My only suggestion is to have name tags next time. I had trouble picking people out at first!

See you real soon!

Barb, Dick and DS Steven, 17 :dance3:

Welcome Tigger Mom! You guys are going to have a wonderful time!! So glad to have you aboard.

Yeah! I was hoping someone would start a thread. We booked during the Jan. 19 cruise. We have myself, DH, and DS 10. This will help me get through the next 11 months and 3 weeks.

Just got back from a 4-day Wonder cruise. I can't wait for the 7-day!

Hi everyone...just found this thread and wanted to introduce myself. I am Patty and my husband and our 4 month daughter just booked this cruise today!!!! My husband and I went on the Eastern Caribbean Magic cruise in February of 2007 and decided that we wanted to take our daughter on it next year. She will be 16 months when we go so we figured it would be a perfect time.

We are planning to go to Disney during October when our little one is a year old, but can't wait to get back on the Disney Magic, especially because it seems like February in Michigan for the past few years has been exceptionally cold. We love the Disney cruise and this will be our second one. We are hoping to make it an every year or every other year trip. We are DVC members so go to Disney every year. We LOVE Disney and now we get to share our love of Disney with our little girl!!!!! I am so glad that I found this thread.

Our family is looking forward to it (myself, DW, DD - 6, DS - 3). We were on an Eastern Jan. 2007. DS was putting things in a backpack a few weeks ago - we asked what he was doing and he said he was packing for the Disney boat.

Hello fellow cruisemates!! We are back from the 7 night Western cruise 2/9-16/2008....it was a fantastic cruise with super warm weather and nice calm seas. Hubby book this cruise 1/31/09 as my Valentines' gift while we were on our recent cruise!! Can't wait to cruise again, this will be our 6th Disney cruise and our sons 2nd. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Laurie :)

we booked this cruise while on board the 4/26 eastern.
This will be our 10th Disney cruise.
It will be me, hubby (ohiomickey), dd KT (*KT* who will be 14 1/2) and ds Nick (BuckeyeNick who will be 12)
Dh will celebrate his 41st birthday on the cruise.
Also sailing will be my parents. This will be their 4th Disney cruise.
We'll be in rooms 6064 and 6066.
And have main dining.
I'm at WDW now and typing on an iPhone is a challenge, so I'll touch base when we get home.

Hello All! I am brand new to this site but am happy to be a part of it! My hubby and I recently booked our first Disney Cruise for 01/31/09 to St. Croix. I am super excited as this will be our first cruise ever. If any of you veterans have any specific do's and don'ts I should know about please pass the knowledge along ;)

I look forward to getting to know all of you as it seems we are all going to be cruising together.

Lynn

Welcome, Lynn! :)
No advice as of yet, because I'm still having "Magic Withdrawl" symptoms and I'm trying not to dwell on the ship. But I'm sure if you hang around, as time goes on you'll get lots of great ideas and hints! This will be my 12th Disney cruise, and I remember the day we stepped on a Disney ship for the first time! You're going to love it!

Your 12th cruise? Wow it must be a blast. I am super excited and and counting down the days myself. My hubby and I are huge Disney fans and when we decided to take a cruise next year thought Disney would be the best hands down. I am sure it will be everything I am dreaming of!

Lynn
