Wow.....how did you hear about this??

I got an email from DCL. Theres also a discussion about it on the main board.
We can't pass up that deal!

Gearing up to make my ressies for Palo tomorrow. I am making the assumption that formal night is moved to Monday as they've done for the past three years.

I called DVC today and had the code added to our reservation. It will be perfect for DH and I, we can either go around his bday or our anniversary. :cool1:

I can't believe we are at the 90 day mark already! It won't be long now....

Hi all,

I was able to log in at 12:01 am and I got everything we wanted to book (at least for now). We will be taking in Palo Brunch on the 2nd At Sea day (Monday) and decided on the St. John Barefoot Sail & Snorkel excursion for Wednesday. Our youngest daughter is not sure about snorkeling, so this seemed like a good choice as she and I can swim in to the beach while DH and our older daughter snorkel! I know that Monday will also be formal night from the sounds of things, but the DDs don't like us taking off right away on the very first day together, so we will spend Sunday together and by Monday, they won't care if we head off for brunch.

Good luck to all with your online reservations - hope you get exactly what you want!

Ahhh... Managed to make three Palo ressies: brunch on Sunday, high tea on Monday and dinner on Thursday. My sister was logging into their account at the very moment I was confirming and I got kicked out of the system (because of the linked reservations).

Despite me calling her to log out of her session, the system refused to let me back in to confirm the reservations. This caused an angst-filled hour of logging in unsuccessfully until the DCL system let me back in. Whew! All was intact and we got things confirmed.

I can't believe how many prime Palo slots are open. Are there only 10 of us on board??????
My last cruise, which was the WB repo, at the 90 day mark there was only a handful of Palo ressies open. We ended up doing 9pm on like day 13! Shesh!

Well I am glad to hear there are ressies still open. I can't book until 75 days so hopefully I will still be able to get what we want (or at least something close to it).

We decided to stay at SSR on the 29th & 30th so I am hoping I can book what we want online. I really don't want to have to get to the port early just to see if we can get Palo ressies.

Anyone else making a trip to Disney prior to the cruise?

We're staying at the Wilderness Lodge from Jan 28 -30. On the 30th we are driving down to Port Canaveral to stay at the Radisson taking shuttle bus over to the cruise terminal on 1/31. After the cruise we are staying at Saratoga until 2/10. Can't wait!! Laurie

Sounds awesome!

Originally we were going to drive to PC on the 30th and stay and park at the Radisson. Then I discovered we had some extra points to use so we opted to stay at SSR and just pay to park at the port (since port parking was cheaper than the rate we got for the Radisson). It looks like a beautiful hotel, from my understanding the pool gets great reviews! Enjoy!

We are on this cruise also! We booked while on our last cruise and can't wait for this one. We were on the Super Bowl cruise last year, so the same time of year. We had beautiful weather!

I will be traveling with my husband and two children (ages 3 and 5). Can't wait!!!

Thank you! I'm looking at shore excursions right now. We made Palo dinner reservations earlier today, but I see that there are no more brunch reservations available. Are you able to reserve both?

I was up at midnight last night booking palo and spa reservations. We got brunch on Monday and dinner after St. Thomas. Also, booked a spa treatment on Sunday. I'll be celebrating my 40th B-Day on Sunday.

We plan to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge on the 28th and 29th and PC on the 30th. Two years ago we did the Eastern and spent the day before in PC shopping and relaxing. We bought sand toys and some other items that we didn't want to carry on the plane.

We can't wait! pirate:

I guess I just didn't expect brunch reservations to fill up that quickly. Do you think they open more up at the 75 day mark for the other cruisers? I wish I had grabbed one right away now. :(

Patten ~ I am not able to book yet but based on the other posts you are able to book both brunch, dinner, high tea at the same time.

accola ~ Sounds nice :goodvibes We are staying at SSR on the 29th and 30th and are going to drive into PC after check out on the 31st. We are going to the SSR spa on the 29th and I want to do some shopping before a late dinner at Narcoossee's on the 30th. I figure as long as I can book my reservations online we can leave SSR by 11 and be at PC by 12 or 12:30.

I had originally booked the night of the 30th at the Radisson but on top of being able to use our "leftover" points I thought it would be nice to drive our own car and park at the port that way right after we get back to the terminal we can get our bags and be on the road.

Patten ~ From some of the other threads I have read they don't open more at 75 days but instead hold reservations back that can be made once you are on the ship (I also believe this info was in my passporter as well) :)
