We are just doing the last minutes and heading to the airport. We are staying there tonight at well Wont be in till late evening but may see everyone for cookies tonight.

We made it too - at Residence Inn and thinking about going to Fishlips tonight (instead of Grills) based on recommendation from front desk. Getting SO excited! See you all at the port tomorrow!

I made it back from the Chilly north!! So now I am in last minute prep and vacation mode!!

Regarding the detour if its the spot I think it is, it was super simple when we went through last night. There was no other traffic though so u may want to allow ample time. Basically they have u taking the exit and driving straight back onto the on ramp. No stopping and we probably drove 40 mph or so through it. It is only one lane though so with many ppl going to the port tomorrow I could see a delay occurring. Good luck!

We are home!!!

I hope everyone gets home well and had a magical cruise!! We had some fun parts... but we definitely had some low points too. I got sick on the first sea day and remained sick throughout the entire trip. I passed it on to Matt as well... and he is currently napping as he is suffering through the worst parts of it now. We spent a LOT of time in the room napping and watching the movie channel(s) on repeat. Some other issues too... but still better than work!! Hope to hear from everyone soon and THANK YOU all for the wonderful FE gifts!!!

I am at my parents place now - I assume most of you are travelling right now and will be posting over the next day or so!

Thanks to all of you for making it such a great trip. The kids loved all the gifts.....the treats, the watches, the albums......too many to mention. You all did a great job making my children smile when they went back to the room.

We had a great cruise. Everything was amazing. We had a small issue with our Beverage Person but that got resolved very quickly. Other than that - it had to be one of the best vacations I have ever had.

I am going to try and write a report but I will be honest that I expect I will get so thrown into work that I wont have that much time.

I will talking to all of you each day - I hope we can keep the board open for a while!

Made it home to snowy st. louis minus one bag...hoping that arrives at some point It is really yucky here and SO glad that I missed the worst of it this week.

I'm so sorry you were sick TiffanyD and schmij - I heard this morning that there were a few families quarantined on this trip.

I got my confirmation for our next cruise, but I have plenty of time to wait, as it won't be until 2013.

We weren't quarantined as our sickness was more of a cold and nothing like a stomach bug. Just had me with coughing/sore throat... a little sneezing... and knocked me on my butt.

I hope you get your bag! How frustrating!

We got home pretty late last night. What should have taken a little less then 3 hours took us 5 1/2.

It was bad driving , cars in the ditch everywhere. They got a lot of snow while we were gone but our neighbours were nice and had the driveway shoveled.

Now to get the snow off the car to go to church this morning....if it wasn't for the kids serving this morning I would still be in bed. Poor hubby only got 4 hours sleep and is now at work for 12 hours.

Hope everyone made it home safe and sound....

HI all my new friends that I got to meet and to my internet ones that I did not...thanks for all the great FE gifts...my daughter organized all the stuff this morning for me..lol! Well we had a crappy flight home reall bumpy and kinda scary. The drive home was even worse I was a basket case....but we got home about 2 hrs later than expected. I still have ship issues, I just had to take gravol..... Tiffany sorry to hear about you and Matt. Hope you feel better soon! I had to leave dinner the first night with seasickness, but just kept popping gravol the rest of the trip.

I was dissappointed that I didnt get to meet everyone in person, trust me I looked for alot of you...lol!!! People probably thought I was nuts staring at them and looking at their kids......

Well we had a great time and have rebooked for the same time next year with our 2 youngest kids but they dont know and will not unitl Christmas (if I dont blow it by then).

Snowy greetings everyone!!
We just arrived home around noon today. Not a bad flight but wow when we arrived in Buffalo. It was very white and unfortuately not white sand. DS was over a hour late getting us due to the weather and a tie up at the border but did arrive safely. Took him about 2 hours from St Catharines to get there following plows at 10 km/hour. Not much better driving back and decided to stay at his house for the night. Left early this morning as people would be starting to arrive for a big university Superbowl party and not really a place for Mom and Dad

Wanted to thank everyone for the FE gifts and making our anniversary trip such and enjoyable and memorable one. We had a blast and met alot of new friends. Just wishing that we could have met more of the group. Hope that everyone recovers from there illnesses and I just wish my family room would stop rocking.
