This is a great idea!! I need some ultra motivation myself. Before I started my new job earlier this month I had purchased a 3 month gym membership. Have I gone since back at work??? No. Where is the time? I feel guilty running off for a 5:30pm class as soon as we all walk in the door and by 8pm I am done. I am desparate to shed some weight off for the last six months, and with this trip coming up, I need an extra push.
My dh just started hanging up the christmas lights to

so I will slowly start to decorate the inside this week. I have been ultra exhausted today trying to clean up, Vera at a birthday party and then me crashing on the couch trying to watch the Grey Cup (Canadian version of the Superbowl

- go Riders!).
So - perhaps tomorrow is day 1 of a 10lb weight loss by January 1st? Too adventurous maybe, but have to start somewhere!
FYI - Tangled was great!!! We went to see it yesterday and I really enjoyed it

. Go take the kidlets, or just go with a girlfriend - it was that good!
