In Grand Cayman we are trying to book a day room at the Westin but I cant find any info how todo it???And i would be up for a ladies drink or cards. See you all soon

I would send them an email at reservations@westin-cayman.com requesting information on day room rates. Be specific on date and they will
let you know. I checked into it a few months ago and it was rather steep for my budget when there are many nice beaches. Don't forget all the beaches on Cayman are public. I'm in for cards and drinks!

Hi Everyone!

Wow, the board's been busy today! I finally making my Fish Extender tonight. It turned out pretty good, but was time consuming. I'm now wondering exactly why I didn't just spend the $25-$30 and order it done! Silly, silly me!

On to making he gifts and doing the Tshirts. Oh, and I forgot about the door magnets. Thanks for the reminder MaryKLady!

I friend requested everyone that listed their names. Or, I should say I attempted to! Some wouldn't go and some may have gone multiple times. FB is a bit possessed tonight. If I missed you, you can look me up...Shelly O Whalen Harpenau (I just had to go look up my FB name...must be late).

Are any of you planning to rebook while on this cruise?

I'll probably book the 4 day on the Dream for my birthday next year. I have a DCL Alaska cruise booked but will probably move that (I think I'd rather chose another cruise line for Alaska...want to see Glacier Bay and for less money too). So I may transfer that deposit over to a Dream three day and do a back2back for my birthday. That cruise would be all about exploring the new ship along with a nice 'double dip' at Castaway Cay.

What!? No kids, no hubsters? I am hanging with y'all!

AND...no siblings, cousins, neices or nephews to entertain either! JUST girlfriends! Experienced DCL cruising girlfriends at that. I have a list of some things I haven't done yet (Rainforest Room, bike riding on CC for example) and I so look forward to doing whatever I feel like at the moment! I know there will be a lot of hanging at Cove Cafe and probably will pop into a movie or too (3D Christmas Carole perhaps) and for sure will see the Golden Mickeys, as I've missed that the last few cruises and that show won't be with us much longer.

I wonder who the variety acts will be for our cruise?


YIKES....time to hit the shower and head off to work....gotta earn some overtime for more drinks of the day!

Ok, you guys are making me feel inferior - making tee shirts, fish extenders, magnets and door hangers!
All I have managed so far is getting my bathing suit out of the 'summer' drawer and onto the 'packing' bed.
I did get my FE trinkets together yesterday.

They are saying snow for us as well. Not much but enough to put the entire area in a panic. I may do my shirts and magnets if we have a snow day. They close everything if they even think 1 flake is a remote possibility. Are you doing name tags? I am not sure what size to print them out to. Some of my magnets are giving me the same problem. I can’t get them big enough no matter what I do.

Nada for us. Not even a dusting. Just cold. Lucky me, I guess I have to work tonight and tomorrow. Sunday and Monday I will be finishing a class and then I am banging out shirts, magnets and packing. I did my FE’s already. Now I need to figure out how to transport them. I put everything in goodie bags so I need to do something so they won’t fall out.

You guys wanna see snow??? Come visit me in Barrie! We are north of Toronto and have quite a bit, but it's nothing compared to winter in 2007 when I went to Scotland. When I got back from a trip with a girlfriend, the snow along the streets (plowed by the snow plow) was about 10 feet hight (at least)! We ahven't had a snow day at all this year.

Just don't seal them if you have to travel through an airport because TSA might make you open them. I expect security to be really tight and we have to fly through Newark Airport...I will be assembling my FE's in my cabin. Oh well, I'd rather have a safe flight.
