I figured out the problem and got onto the website today. 89 days til we cruise yeah! There are already no Teas left. Oh well, got brunch and dinner.

Buzz and Woody, check again, there were all kinds of slots left for Brunch today.

I think I saw somewhere that they only book about half of the available time slots on line and the rest in person. Is that true?

Good news and bad. We had to postpone our cruise for 2010 becuase the dance studio our daughters go to is doing 'Stars at Sea' with Royal Caribbean in Feb 2010 and we just couldn't swing 2 cruises in 2 weeks. The good thing though is that we pushed our originally scheduled Western Caribbean to Feburary 2011 so we'll be moving to the 2011 Magic meeting posts now.

How was everyone’s Halloween???? We are getting close. A little over 2 months!!!!!! Target had some cute Mickey and Minnie dry erase boards so I picked up some for us and my parents. Went to Wal-mart and got us pirate t-shirts on clearance. Next I will start working on my door decorations and FE’s. If I am successful with my door stuff I am going to surprise my parents and do theirs as well. Still waiting on the word from the military about DH. If we don’t know anything by tomorrow (penalty phase starts this weekend) afternoon I am going to take him off and add him back if need be (I may upgrade the room for the kids and I). My Dad should find out when his treatment starts Monday. They did another scan on Wednesday so he will get the results next week. I need some serious drinks and R&R. A huge battle has started over property lines and this ugly fence my neighbor put up in the front right down the middle of our two yards(just one side of a fence, the rest of the front yard has nothing around it oh and the pickets are on backwards she says she prefers them that way IT IS TACKY!!!!). I want to have the land surveyed but DH has reservations only because if my 8 ft privacy fence is on her property I want to move the side of our fence. It will be a big job. We have only owned this home for a year. The previous owner put my fence up 5 years ago. I don’t want people thinking I put that ugly thing up, she did. It’s a fence line down the middle of the front yard starting at the corner of my back yard fence. DUMB, DUMB, DUMB!!!!

Good luck with the fence/neighbor issue! Neighborhood and HOA disputes are the worst!

I am so excited about the cruise! We paid the last of our balance today and tomorrow I can book kids clubs, etc. on-line. The only bad thing is that tomorrow is the same day everyone can try to book Disney Dream!! It is going to be pointless, I think, to even TRY to get online until late morning or afternoon. Anyone have any suggestions about this? Should I still try getting on at midnight tonight?

Hi! Just reserved Palo; however, I am a bit confused. We are interested in the Brunch and my understanding was you could only do Brunch on "at sea" days. The only day available was on the 24th when we are at Key West.

I did reserve it, but I am wondering if I shouldn't have......should I just wait until we get on the boat and see if we can get our initial plan of the 28th when we are "at sea"?

What do you seasoned cruisers think??

Welcome to our little thread. We just recently boked too-just a few weeks ago. We've done the disney cruise twice before; the first was when the boys were 3 & 5 and the next year when they were 4 & 6. Both times we had a blast! The boys are now 7 & 9 so maybe they will meet your kids in the club! Have a great week.

Thanks for all the replies! Everything was soooooo slow last night at 1:30 a.m. and I was worried about when we actually got to Port in Key West. Now that I have a had a bit more time (and sleep) I see we get there at 12:30 p.m.! Perfect!! So our son can hang out at the Oceaneers Lab with the other kiddos and not miss out on the port call!

I am soooo excited about this trip, I am driving my husband looney!!

Okay, so I was way too tired to stay up until midnight last night! I did get a Palo dinner and the Vista Spa appt I wanted and got the kids signed up for their respective clubs! I was hoping for a Palo brunch but none available this morning so I am planning on hustling right on up to the Palo ressie area on board as soon as I can! From all I have been reading, once you are on board it isn't too hard to get Palo. Maybe not on the preferred day, but what the heck...

Could time possibly move any SLOWER!! I want to go now!!

We've done the disney cruise twice before; the first was when the boys were 3 & 5 and the next year when they were 4 & 6. Both times we had a blast! The boys are now 7 & 9 so maybe they will meet your kids in the club! Have a great week.

Hi Holly! I am hoping you can answer a question... The DS is going to be 7 on the cruise. Most of his buddies are are 8 and he is just used to hanging/playing with older kids. He is worried that he is going to be in with a bunch of little kids and will be bored. As one of yours is 7, what is your opinion on that? I know they won't let you move them up unless the kid is within 1 month of turning 8 and his b-day is at the end of November. I am glad there will for sure be 1 other 7 year old on board for him to meet! Is your 7 yr old into sports?
