Wondering what makes you think it’s too early? As this time last year the discounts had already been released.

Just wondering would a TA know a couple of hours before its "dropped/ released" to the website? I think we're all getting weary of this

Curious. How do we get notified of the Disney Visa card holder discounts. I recently got a card but was never notified about the discount that came out for Riviera. Had I not been on this board I wouldn’t have know. If discounts come out tomorrow, how will I know other then checking in here?

You won’t...lol. It’s truly sad but I’ve always found out about discounts either here or by being the first person to call and then report it here. Seriously, every day at 7am we need people to call and see what’s up until they are released. The communication is so inconsistent from Disney.

Additionally, TAs can be a great source of info as they get notification and will post here or on Facebook as well.

Thank you, thats very informative (a bummer! But informative!) and it'll always be a 7am EST release? and a TA could possibly know a few hours ahead of that time?

Oct 3 2017 it released on a Monday - yes I looked that far... in 2012, it released on Oct 6

This seems like they are really taking it down to the wire. For January bookings, people are 3 mths out and February 4 mths out. That seems like a really small amount of time to plan a Disney trip! I am trying to be patient, but I feel like cancelling my trip and saving all my money at this point
