Happy New Year! Well, we're finally here. OUR month! I LOVE the fact that we have something to look forward to after the holiday madness dies down. I am going to try to start getting ready early...like start this weekend...since I have to work a full day on the day we leave. It will be SO hectic that week! I am looking forward to a more relaxed vacation this time but of course with "some" structured plans. And lord knows I need to walk off all the food I've eaten over the past week or so from the holidays! LOL!

Just booked yesterday!! Arriving on Jan 30th!

First trip EVER for my 3 girls, third time for me!! But first time staying on DW property. I'm in panic overload trying to get everything in order!

Did anyone notice the schedule has Tiana's Riverboat show continuing for the rest of the month?? Crossing my fingers this is not a glitch....would love to see it. I am such a New Orleans fan and now a Princess and the Frog fan to boot!

WDW website. Pick Magic Kingdom. Calender, pick a date, click on park hours and it brings up the entertainment schedule for the day. You can do this for each park. Looks like Fantasmic will only be on Sundays and Thursday while we are there.

Boy, I am right there with you!!! I never seem to loose weight at WDW, but at least I'm getting way more exercise than sitting at my desk at work, or sitting at home working on my computer on the disney boards since its too dang cold and snowy to be outside!!!

COOL....I hope the schedule is right. I always love to see or do something new and I would really enjoy this!!! Maybe I should run out to see the movie before we go since I haven't gotten a chance yet!

We are kind of still up in the air about our trip (29 days out), and will be until about 12 days out because of DH's work. You are not alone! I think our point of no return will be on Jan 20.. so if we are going I have 11 days to get everything together, and if not I will be one sad person and out 100 dollars because DH's place of employment is the devil incarnate.

My dd (5), my ds (5months) and my dh and i are heading to WDW on the 30th! It's a first trip for myself and the kids. We are staying at POR for 7 days.
I am reading all the amazing tips on this site and have a ridiculously long to do and to pack list with all the suggestions i've found here!

And don't ya love planning for Disney?! I spent MONTHS (literally!) planning which park, what day, which restaurant (after studying every single menu in WDW), what time...so that I was ready to go when the 90-day window hit. And now it's all changed!!!!

well not really, only a couple of days "messed up", but it sort of feels like the whole plan is in jeopardy. Is that my obsessive-compulsive planning disorder taking over?! and I have to remind myself that once we're there, the plans are going to change again anyway.

Disney is a sickness!

6 days until we leave for WDW! I'm starting to get a bit concerned about the long range forcast for our area. They are predicting snow the day before and the day we are due to fly out!! Here's hoping that the weather is wrong!

I hope so too. I really enjoyed the movie. I watched the show on youtube but would love to see it in person! We are down to 15 days!!!
