I am a happy camper now. I noticed today they updated their QSDP to include Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD and the Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes.

We had tried Yak & Yeti CS last January and really liked it and but missed out on Wolfgang. After a year of reading great reviews on Wolfgang and now booked at a resort close to DTD, that is on our list.

I am off to print off the menus from those two places.

I haven't noticed any other changes, as most of CS restaurants are on there. I found that most CS restaurants we ate at this past January were really good. The only one I wouldn't return to is Catina de San Angel. The day we went, the food was not that tasty, or even looked that wonderful. There were seagulls galore in the eating area and we wondered why all these people would be trying to feed them. When we tasted the food we found out. The sad thing was, most of the seagulls wouldn't touch the food either. It could have been the day we went, but we think there are so many other CS restaurants we wish to try, that we won't be back to this one for a very long time.

I wish you the best with the QSDP. We will both soon see how convenient and hopefully yummy it will be.

Woo hoo!!!!!

I looked at my emails today and there it was..... the wonderful email from Disney telling me our vacation is coming closer to reality and make certain not to miss out on all the various attractions, shows, etc. In the bottom middle is what I had been dreaming about..... the discount for the Photopass!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read on the various sites that only those that book through Disney would receive this special offer. Since we booked through CAA we would not receive the offer. I booked through CAA to book the Storytime Character time and hopefully receive the same discounts through their AAA Diamond Discount Card (I haven't received my package so I am unsure what the special offerings will be for this year). I was sad not to receive the discount for the Photopass as we bought it for our last trip and loved the CDs and the Photobook that we purchased.

I now have that email, although it states shipping is not included. I am a tad leery as I don't know how much shipping will cost to Canada but I love their products so much. Oh well, I will just have to slip this one past my DH.

3 weeks from tomorrow, at just about this time, I'll be on the plane to Atlanta, anxious to board the Orlando-bound plane!!! I'm so excited!!!

There is 1day 21hrs 40mins 18secs Until I'm Off to Disney World!!!!! (Jan 2nd(3rd is my bday) - 7th 2010)

Only thing that is sad is we started with 15 people going. Now we are down to 9. My parents had to drop because my mom caught pneumonia and is just getting released today and the in-laws had to drop b/c of back surgery.

So, it will be an excuse to plan another trip

But everyone else is excited!

I was just reading my recent email from Disney and saw the Photopass discount. What is the least expensive 'package' you can purchase? I'm looking at the CD now and I think it's listed as $99.95. I honestly can't decide if it's worth it just for DH and me. However, we usually just have a couple pictures of the two of us, the rest are individual photos where the other is taking the pic. Thoughts?

That is a very tough question. I think to us the Photopass is "worth" it to us for the following reasons:
1. If you go in the Character line ups, you can put the character's signature on your photo.

2. They have unique frames you can add to your photos.

3. Some day I will use all the different photos on the previous Photopass CDs to scrapbook.

4. I like the add ons they can add, such as a Stitch eating ice cream beside you, or a Stitch coming out of the ground, or a Tinkerbell in our hands, fighting a Captain Hook, etc.

5. Various other reasons I think up to justify the cost.

I must add I love the Photobook I did through them. It was very well stitched, the cover was very stately looking (this was just before you could use a picture of your family on it), very easy to do, and the pages are glossy and thick, not cheap looking at all. Everyone we have showed it to really likes the whole thing as well as the photos of our family. I have never done a photo book before, but I loved that it was all Disney. Thus far, I am not talented with scrapbooking the original way or the digital way.
